Job details
- Selling real estate products belonging to projects the company is distributing (products from Vinhomes, Masterise...)
- Guide customers to see actual projects, visit model houses,... answer all questions and recommendations of customers within the scope of their own knowledge. In case of problems beyond expertise, ask for advice. direction of superiors.
- Understand relevant real estate regulations: purchasing conditions, contract signing procedures, payment procedures, transfer/lease, etc. to advise customers when needed (Instructions will be provided)
- Proactively seek and care for customers, make specific implementation plans, and cooperate with teams to promote capacity and work efficiency.
