Job Description

1. Search and exploit potential customers:
Identify and reach potential customers likely to purchase the company's craft beer products, including restaurants, bars, retail stores, and other distribution channels.

2. Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with customers:
Communicate regularly with customers, understand their needs and provide them with suitable products and services.

Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.

Meet customer expectations well to build brand loyalty.

3. Consulting and introducing the company's craft beer products to customers:
Explain to customers the features, flavors and benefits of the company's craft beer products, suggest offers to help increase shop/channel traffic

4. Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers:

Negotiate contract terms, including price, quantity, delivery time and payment terms effectively, balancing customer benefits and company benefits

5. Track and manage orders: Ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time and with quality.

6. Collect and analyze sales data: Monitor sales performance and report results to Sales Supervisor.

7. Participate in marketing and product promotion activities of the company:
Support the company's marketing and product promotion activities, including participating in events, organizing promotions and introducing products on social networks.

8. Update knowledge about the craft beer market and consumer trends:
Research the market and update the latest consumer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor: Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor to support the Sales department and achieve overall company goals.
