- Consulting customers, introducing tourism products and services to customers (customers come directly to the office, not to the market).
- Customer care and advice based on the company's portfolio.
- Develop a diverse source of customers in addition to the customer list provided by the company.
- Research, collect information, needs of customers / markets, poll customers about the product system (quality, service, price...).
- Coordinating with relevant departments to sign contracts, guide product use for customers and provide after-sales services.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the management level and the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Working from Tuesday-Sun (Closed on Monday).
