I. Job Description:
The consultant will receive customers from the data source brought back by the company, then receive customer information and conduct consultations about the products, services, or solutions that the company provides.
- Search for more new customer data at many different sources.
-Interact, get to know and understand each customer assigned to the consultant through many forms: texting, calling, receiving customers directly at the office...
-Consultants will answer customers' inquiries and questions about products, services, policies, processes, and other related issues.
-Perform the processing of customer records, including filling out information, creating records, and storing data
-Introduce and advise on products or services to potential customers. Offer benefits and solutions tailored to customer needs and desires.
- Make an appointment for guests to come to the clinic.
II. Main duties and responsibilities of the job
1. Responsibility 1: For customers
– Build good relationships with current and potential customers. Respond to after-sales inquiries, answer questions and support customers during the use of products or services.
_ Assist customers with products and find customer needs.
2. Responsibility 2: For the company's service
– Get the latest information about products and services.
_ Understand the product / service to ensure the consultation process goes smoothly
_ Follow customers until closing orders, send customer information to the consulting department at the office.
3. Responsibility 3: For the company
- Monitor the effectiveness of prospecting, evaluate the achievement of goals and report to management. Analyze collected customer data to suggest improvements and adjust business strategies.
4. Responsibilities 4: Other jobs
- Fully participate in training programs of the Company during working.
– Continuously improve and optimize processes, planning methods, report content, etc. to improve work efficiency.
– Field inspection of the operation at training institutions.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
