WORK CONTENT
• Receive, find itineraries and advise according to customer requests via phone, email, zalo, skype...
• Know how to use booker software in the tourism industry.
• Use the booker software of the booking company for guests.
• Receive customer feedback to provide quick and timely corrective measures to customers.
• Together build with the Board of Directors the process of managing the air ticket consulting team, shuttle car rental and booking creation.
• Training in ticket operations for staff.
• Coordinate and deploy with other departments in the Company to jointly design quality services and products to bring to the market.
• Participate in contributing ideas to the development of development strategies, business plans and general development strategies of the Company.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Company.
• Participate with the Board of Directors and Marketing team to jointly find, exploit and develop customer networks:
+ Companies and businesses; Organizations, agencies, unions... that need to book air tickets for employees to travel for business, study, conferences, seminars, sightseeing tours at home and abroad...
+ Travel companies, level 2 air ticket agents and air ticket sales collaborators.
* Competitive hard salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND + product commission from 3-10%.
