***Description of work
- Develop sales at agents, plan and implement sales policies to ensure sales targets.
- Maintain relationships, support agents to promote sales through organizing events to attract customers at the point of sale.
- Search and expand new agents, introduce and advise new agents on company's products and policies.
- Control inventory of agents.
- Support and train sales staff (PB/PG) in the region.
- Evaluation and development of sales staff.
- Taking care of, maintaining and controlling the images displayed at the point of sale.
- Probe, monitor and promptly respond to market changes.
- Candidates in suburban districts or provinces can work locally
***Treatment:
- Probationary receive 100% salary, total salary during the probationary/training period is 8 million/month. There is a policy to ensure income for business employees.

* Request:
- Male; Graduated from High School/College or higher, preferably in Business, Economics related majors
- No experience required (Professional Sales Training course)
- Priority is given to fresh graduates or people with experience in the motorcycle and automobile industry
- Love to learn, love business
- Good communication, negotiation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Agile, proactive, confident in work.
- Good use of office computer
- Able to work under pressure.
