- Receive data on a daily basis and contact customer advice in accordance with the procedure on time and steps
- Send emails and phone calls to customers to find out more information and needs of customers to come up with the right product package for customers in accordance with the existing process.
- Searching for new customers through channels such as: expanding partners, own relationships, entering groups, fairs...
- Schedule market visits to meet customers to offer products and cooperate with partners and competitors
- Complete the arising work items under the direction of the manager.
