- Search, contact customers and record all information of customers.
- Consulting services in accordance with the needs of the Client and the capacity of the Company to provide services.
- Prepare draft quotation and contract to submit to Team Leader for consideration.
- Supervising and monitoring the progress of contract signing.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations to build service delivery process.
- Support Customer Care, Operations, Accounting in the process of care, troubleshooting, debt payment.
- Make weekly and monthly plans and submit them directly to the Manager for approval.
- Report periodically or irregularly at the request of the Company and the Direct Manager.
- Propose solutions to improve service quality, optimize the activities of groups, departments and the Company.
- Other tasks according to competent management level.
