3. Receive and handle complaints of collaborators/customers about products and services
4. Provide information about new products, promotions
5. Support other jobs for collaborators to close orders for customers
6. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of collaborators
7. At the beginning of the month, order statistics, calculate CTV discount, check with the accounting department
8. Report work to the sales director
