I. MAIN WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales to fulfill the target;
- Manage, take care of existing customers and find and develop new customers;
- Management to promote debt recovery;
- Develop business ideas to accomplish goals;
- Building and managing customer database;
- Update and advise on market trends, local economic development orientations at the lines in charge and information of competitors.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University/College or higher
- Male/Female from 22 to 30 years old

- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners.
4. Attitude/Qualities
- Dynamic, self-learning and progressive, with a sense of discipline and a high sense of responsibility at work ;
- Capturing consumer behavior of customers in the fashion sector;
- Having knowledge about the socio-economic characteristics of the area where they are working or assigned to manage;
- Preference will be given to candidates with business experience;
- Accept to train inexperienced candidates.

- Total income - VND/month ( Negotiable fixed salary from VND + bonus based on sales volume + market travel expenses + shift allowance + electricity allowance);

- Enjoy the incentive fund to work dong/month. After 3-year commitment , bonus: VND x 36 months = VND.
Working time: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
