Job description

POSITION: SALES STAFF - ORGANIC FERTILIZER INDUSTRY

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Introducing the product codes of the Company's fertilizer and crop industries.

- Search for customers, expand Agents and Distributors.

- Consulting and instructing customers on how to use products.

- Meet customer requirements: send quotes, deploy orders and closely follow customer requests.

- Receiving customers at the showroom to introduce products, make transactions, and sign orders directly.

- Implement detailed orders according to customer requests to the taking over departments and closely follow orders.

- Customer care, building and maintaining relationships with customers.

- Research market trends and customer tastes, collect and report market situation.

- Participate in domestic and foreign fairs (if any) to develop customer network.

- Responsible for sales targets.

- Perform other arising tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
