work content
  • promote and sell our diverse travel product lines to existing customers, while developing a new customer base with value-added solutions using various combinations of our portfolio. FC Vietnam's comprehensive product and service portfolio; while respecting internal sales policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by maintaining regular contact with current customers and seeking new prospects.
  • Develop and manage long-term customer relationships and strengthen business performance through regular customer reviews.
  • Determine your strategic plan and stay sensitive to opportunities as well as potential challenges and competition.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish, including but not limited to opportunity identification, evaluation, providing appropriate solutions (presentations, quotes and proposals), complaint handling, Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions of the contract are legal and according to company standards.
  • Identify market information by making constructive suggestions and working with relevant departments (Ticketing, Accounting) to support our business operations.
  • Helps increase revenue from sales channels, product sales and direct sales channel development
  • Support other administrative tasks during seminars or communication campaigns
