Job description
- Receive new customer data from the company to advise on products and close orders.
- Receive the company's old customer data to take care of customers via phone, text message, Facebook, Zalo,...
- Support and resolve customer complaints and questions about products and promotional programs.
- Instruct customers on how to use the product and introduce other promotional programs.
- Collect customer reactions about the product after use, synthesize information from potential customers to perform repeated care.

- No experience required, candidates will receive professional training.
