Job duties
- Search for customers, open new Newton paint distributors, build an Agent/Distributor system
- The company does not manage time and area of operation. Evaluate capacity based on monthly revenue
- Taking care of distributors, providing output support for distributors
- Can retail directly into the building
- Deploy monthly policies for distributors. Report work progress to direct superiors
- Can travel on business to expand the market
