1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make weekly and monthly work plan
- Approaching the project: looking for clues to work, approaching and making plans
sales at potential projects.
- Assess the market, Collect market information of high-end and special apartments
villas, projects and give reasonable business development plans in each
stage.
- Finding and building relationships with intermediaries for sales.
- Consulting and closing contracts, signing contracts with customers.
- Perform after-sales customer care.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Sales Director
