WORK CONTENT
1.Perform market research, marketing
- Conduct market research; survey customer needs in households, B2C customers in the area under management.
- Contact with customers when performing tasks; communication/distribution of leaflets, quotations, posters/stickers/
- Implementing online/offline marketing programs, promoting images, products and services to customers in the area.
- Implement spreading post, like, share on social networks such as fanpage, facebook, zalo, instagram...
2. Organize and develop sales channels
- Implement the planning, recruitment and development of sales collaborators and sales channels in the area under management.
- Professional training; features, product/service policy, sales skills for CTV
3. Receiving, assigning targets, operating business
- Receive revenue targets, find job sources, develop B2C customers.
- Developing revenue, organizing sales of products and services in the area under management (B2C customers).
4. Customer care work
- Operate sales channel (CTV) to take care of postpaid customers, old customers in the assigned area to make customers satisfied (send email, call, come directly, interact on zalo, face....) .
- Updating information about customers and competitors in the area into the summary table and software.
- Report customer satisfaction level weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or irregularly.
REQUEST
- Qualification: University graduate or higher in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Electronics and Telecommunications…
- Required skills: Proficient in office computer skills, communication skills, negotiation skills
- Professional knowledge: Knowledge of Business, marketing, telecommunications, information technology, civil construction. Knowledge of industry standards.
- Knowledge and skills in management, sales, customer care, staff training and development, sales channels.
- Professional knowledge: Mastering the business of Marketing, sales channel organization, Customer care, sales, business, customer development, revenue development, job sources.
- Mastering the financial management, human resources, legal, planning...
RIGHT
- Salary from 20 million/month or more + other bonuses. Negotiable according to capacity and experience
