Sales Executive (Earning Over 15 million) at Ho Chi Minh City - Thiết Kế Xây Dựng Tín Phong

WORK CONTENT:
- Contact with customers (according to available information) and search for new customers to request a survey of items, construction projects, factory repair;
- Transfer project implementation information (requirements from the investor, design drawings, bidding documents...) to the design department to make drawings for approval and estimate.
- Control, estimate, quote
- Manage, participate in and perform bidding-related works... until receiving the bidding package.
- Prepare documents, bids, capacity documents for projects.
- Consulting and persuading customers to achieve their goals with the most appropriate price.
- Taking care of customers before, during and after signing the contract;
- Create close relationship with customers;
- Bridge between the Customer and the Company;
- Other jobs related to Sales Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female gender; ages 25-35;
- Experience in Sales (Having held the position of Sales Team Leader is an advantage);
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Telesales;
- Knowledge of construction industry;
- Dynamic, hard working, patient with customers;
- Skills to connect, exchange information, take care of internal and external relationships;
- Team building skills;
- Priority: English level (communication, email writing)
