Job duties
- Receive information requesting to buy products from customers from the delivery company
- Advise customers on products by phone, email or face-to-face (sometimes)
- Actively and flexibly grasp the specific requirements of customers to adjust services
- Persuading customers to use the product
- Guide, track and manage the payment progress of customers
- Support, take care of guests, solve situations on tour & after tour
- Update Customer Database to report to sales manager
- Regularly communicate to keep in touch with customers and needs
- Post Facebook posts to support promotion, marketing, and customer search
