Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
  • Receiving information and needs of customers
  • Consulting and quoting tour programs at the request of customers
  • Consulting visa applications for customers.
  • Taking care of old customers, actively looking for potential customers from many other sources.
  • Perform transactions with customers: register tours, receive customer records, make guest contracts.
  • Follow up customer care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Male/Female graduated from College/University, majoring in Tourism. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English
  • Good-looking appearance, good communication, agile, skillful, dynamic, good relationship-building skills.
  • There is a high sense of responsibility.
  • Understanding customer psychology, consulting and persuasion skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Having expertise in tourism, understanding foreign tourist destinations or consulting other products.
  • Having experience in the tourism industry, having sold tourism products or working at other travel companies is an advantage.
