Search and develop customer sources in the service industry such as (car wash shops, car care centers, car detailing, family customers who need to use products...) through channels: telesale, social networks (facebook, Zalo,...);
Make phone calls/Hotline to consult on products, answer questions, promote programs, handle complaints promptly (If any) and close sales orders;
Collect customer information, store history/annotate information exchanged with each completed transaction;
Order tracking, customer service before/during and after the sales process.
Maintain and ensure sales, customer service call KPIs and regularly update product information;
Using software: Kiotviet, Base, CRM (Getfly), ... (No experience, can train)
Good communication skills, consulting ability, ability to persuade customers.
