JOB DESCRIPTION
- Disassembling technical drawings of plastic doors, aluminum doors, glass walls...
- Set up the volume of materials, the volume of contractors, negotiate on the plan to choose the construction contractor
- Make a plan to import raw materials, adjust the payment schedule according to the production and construction progress. Monitor the norm of materials, production and construction volume, actual payment
- Supervising and evaluating the quality and production capacity of contractors and teams
- Control of payment and settlement records: Track legal documents, quality records, payment records, finalization records, as-built drawings of the output and as-built works and subcontractors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, graduated from college or university: schools related to construction engineering, mechanics, architectural design….
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Proficient in MS Office, Autocad
- Hardworking, dynamic, able to work under pressure.
