Technical staff declares bicycle parts at Binh Duong - King-way

+Receive new designs from customers, deploy designs, and transfer materials to relevant groups
+Follow up all production/development samples of bicycle parts and ensure that there will be no problems
+Ensure that any development will be done based on Customer/sales requirements.
+ Introduce new methods/machines/products and processes to develop and increase existing productivity
+ Follow up the approval/rejection process and customer improvement.
+ Follow up the sample order completion progress, ensure the sample shipment is on schedule
+Responsible for testing all first batch trials and ensuring that each new development runs in batch without issues.
Apply critical knowledge of bicycle components industry trends and developments to improve service to customers.
+ Easily recognize the shortcomings of the system and deploy effective solutions.
+ Synthesize and monitor the quality of sample products, report to the owner when there is an abnormality
+ Manage records at the department
+ Make periodical reports to Taiwan's leadership
