1. Organize and guide and implement Biosafety and Livestock processes inside the farm according to the regulations of the Farm and the System;
2. Implement approved technical standards to fulfill the productivity target set by the System;
3. Monitor and check the health of the pigs in the Farm and propose solutions to the superiors when the pigs have health problems;
4. Technical inspection and guidance, workers well perform technical operations including: cleaning, feeding, seed detection, insemination, vaccination, antiseptic spraying, treatment, recording data…;
5. Make production plans, demand for raw materials (bran, drugs) and tools and tools of the department they manage;
6. Directly participate in handling technical issues of husbandry and treatment;
7. Report the daily production situation to the camp leader and the camp admin;
8. Check the recording of data and compare it with reality in the camp in charge;
