- Manage team members, assign work to ensure service/project progress;
- Directly participate in and evaluate in the recruitment process of engineers and technicians of the automation group;
- Actively design training programs and schedules according to group development orientation at each stage;
- Request support from higher management or related departments to solve work effectively;
- Directly report, propose ideas to the Board of Directors about the unreasonableness in the department in order to improve the process and build the company culture to help the job well and effectively;
- Within its scope, proactively make the right decisions to improve working efficiency and promote the professionalization of the company.
