Check and repair line signals (Including problems related to subscriber cable lines and internet devices in customers' homes).
Installation of other services (FPT TV, wifi equipment, cameras...) provided by FPT Telecom.
Direct technical support for customers.
Combine consulting and selling products and services provided by the company. Empathize, create interactions and personalized experiences for users/customers across channels (online/offline) at every touch point.
Perform other tasks as requested by the department head.
