1/ Implement information security, archive documents, issue documents approved by the Board of Directors
Maintain confidentiality of information, records and documents of the Company under its management.
Prepare documents and documents at the request of the Board of Directors and Head of Department.
Receive and transfer internal documents between the Board of Directors and the Departments; between the Company and external agencies and partners.
Follow up in the dispatch book, photocopy documents, mail or fax.
Classify, arrange and store internal documents, outgoing and incoming documents in soft copy or in files stored in accordance with the rules.
Manage and use the seal according to the regulations of the State and the Company. Directly check and stamp the documents sent internally and externally.
Issue documents approved by the Director to all employees. Receiving, synthesizing and analyzing internal feedback on activities in the Company.
2/ Perform receptionist duties
Answering and answering office phones.
Welcoming guests to transact, work at the Company, guide and notify the appropriate person.
3/Monitoring, managing assets, equipment, distributing stationery according to the plan
Monitor and summarize the demand for stationery and make a plan to submit to the Head of Department. Procurement and distribution to departments.
Monitor and manage assets, office equipment and make reports on the status, propose replacement, repair, liquidation, and procurement in a timely manner.
4/ Perform other tasks as directed by the City/Board of Directors.
