Processing
- Direct the hotline, record customer reservation information over the phone or directly in the Reception department's reservation book and transfer the information to relevant departments.
- Directly welcome guests at the restaurant's door, ask for information about guests including: Have guests booked a table in advance, number of guests, and guests' needs.
- Introduce to customers information about the Restaurant depending on each specific case.
- Advise guests about restaurant services, table locations or rooms that can be selected.
- Lead guests to the table/room, hand them over to the waiter before leaving the table/room.
- Support ordering & serving work in necessary cases & according to coordination from Management.
- Basic foreign language communication with foreign guests
