Prepare a set of Customs declaration documents, a set of C/O application documents and a license application file (for goods requiring a license). There is also an application for quality registration (for some required items). Official dispatches and reports to relevant parties.
Contact customers and coordinate with the field department (Operator) to complete customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
Store records and documents such as: Related transaction letters, orders, sets of documents, samples, etc.
Contact suppliers and customers regarding shipping and delivery schedules
Update information on legal documents related to import and export activities
Prepare reports and compare imported goods weekly and monthly with relevant departments and divisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College or University majoring in related fields such as: Import-Export, Economics
No need to master import-export expertise, if you have relevant knowledge, training will be provided
Proficient in using office information technology Word, Excel, Outlook...
Be careful and meticulous in your work
Good independent and team working skills
Have a high sense of responsibility and can withstand work pressure
