JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare a set of import-export documents and documents
2. Prepare documents to apply for C/O for export shipments
3. Carry out tasks related to insurance, transportation, inspection and quarantine of import and export goods
4. Monitor and receive information about export shipments to create export certificates and send to customers
5. Monitor and compare export container shipments.
6. Make a request to pay export costs, export shipping fees, inspection fees...
7. Make orders to buy imported raw sugar on AX, make sales orders on CRM
8. Collect costs and calculate the cost of imported raw sugar
9. Prepare a report on import and export activities in the month and the next month's plan for material supply to send to P.TC-KH
10. Prepare reports on import and export activities in the month and plans for the next month as required by state agencies
11. Prepare quarterly reports, annual reports and arising reports, prepare revenue and expenditure plans, support budget planning
12. Evaluate imported raw sugar suppliers annually
13. Review and edit the Department's ISO documents
14. Do statistical work for the Department and store documents
15. Update state legal documents in the field of import and export
16. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Board of Directors/Deputy Department Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- University education
- Training major: Foreign Trade/English
- Related knowledge: Knowledge of import-export operations, sales negotiations, and contract signing.
2. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience: 01 year of experience in a similar position
