Job description:
1. Receive material purchase requests from planning departments and departments, clarify material and technical requirements
2. Transactions to find suppliers or transactions with suppliers (domestic and foreign - specifically Taiwan, China,...)
3. Get quotes and synthesize and compare quotes, send reports to control and management departments
4. Transaction to evaluate the quality of goods, Take samples (if necessary) and send to the QC Department for inspection and evaluation
5. Order or contract transactions
6. Check and monitor payment, delivery progress, and status of goods arriving at the factory to ensure progress and quality are met.
7. Coordinate with the logistics department to complete customs clearance procedures (for imported goods)
8, Monitor the process of picking up goods, international and domestic transportation, monitor the goods transportation schedule, and handle any arising issues in the arrangement of goods transportation.
9. Make a payment plan (weekly or monthly)
10. Price fluctuation report (monthly) - Make periodic and monthly reports on customers and sales history. Sales support and old customer care to issue orders
Request:
- Have experience of 1 year or more in the field of import and export
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese.
- Have in-depth knowledge of foreign trade, import-export processes and procedures, experience in finding suppliers, asking prices, drafting foreign trade contracts, official dispatches, and electronic transactions.
- Experience in managing and resolving issues with customs authorities, inter-sectoral ministries and foreign partners.
- Have knowledge and good use of Microsoft office software.
