- Advise the director on quality improvement issues.
- Research to find alternative raw material sources and new formulas suitable for the company's electrical conditioners and equipment .
- Research to improve current products.
- Research competitors' products to have an effective product development strategy.
- Develop standard tables for raw materials, finished products, and packaging available at the factory.
- Develop production processes, instructions on how to use tools, SOP, SSOP, GMP, HACCP (QA/QC/RD, Production, Factory Director).
- Maintain research room equipment and tools, plan to purchase necessary tools and stationery for the room monthly.
- Coordinate with departments during work.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by superiors.
