- Receive price inquiries from agents, customers and departments, work with shipping lines, co-loaders, and vendors to update prices promptly.
- Take booking, prepare BL and related documents
- Monitor and update goods status for customers throughout the transportation process until delivery.
- Support Sales & Marketing department.
- Support and advise customers on delivery techniques, logistics, import and export of goods and related services.
- Regularly work with shipping companies, air transport companies and other transport services.
- Prepare reports and analyze reported data, following company procedures.
