- Contact customers with debt to request payment and remind customers to make payment before the due date by phone
- Monitor and update customer's debt status periodically to Team Leader
- Record all status and results of making calls to the debt collection calling system
- Identify violations and immediately report them to Team Leader for timely appropriate solutions
- Good communication and good relationship with customers in accordance with the criteria of VBP FC as well as the goal of the Debt Collection Department by Phone
- Other tasks assigned by management
