- Access recruitment websites to select candidates for recruitment
- Drafting recruitment notices to publish in newspapers, online, posted at the Company, on internal mail, etc. Working with newspapers, recruitment companies, TTGTVL, etc. to carry out procedures for posting recruitment notices.
- Prepare and participate in candidate interviews
- Implement recruitment steps according to approved processes:
+ Notify candidates coming to interview
