- Participate in receiving recruitment needs of departments within the Company, create recruitment plans, coordinate and be responsible for organizing the implementation of those plans.
- Carry out timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.
- Implement and resolve procedures related to social insurance and health insurance
- Participate in preparing to receive new employees, develop documents, job descriptions and organize integration training for new employees.
- Participate in performing human resource management tasks including: monitoring human resource developments, drawing up labor contracts, drafting personnel administrative documents and general administration...
- Support the implementation of internal communications, engage members and conduct entertainment activities for company employees
- Maintain records and documents related to the implementation of personnel policies and procedures
