(VIETNAM) is recruiting Franchise Development Specialist (FM)
FM
1. Main tasks:
− Search for express post office franchise partners.
− Coordinate with other departments to manage the franchisor in post office operations and business policies throughout the franchisor's operation.
− Support and work with franchisors to develop customers for franchised post offices.
− Regularly monitor and evaluate franchised post offices to ensure the overall goals set by the company.
2. Requirements:
− College degree or higher;
− Good communication ability; High sense of responsibility for work. Can handle pressure at work, have a good spirit of cooperation, and carry out instructions from superiors;
− Proficient in using and manipulating computers and phone applications;
− Can work overtime and work;
3. Salary and benefits:
− Salary: fixed salary 12 million + commission, income over 20 million
− Working hours: Monday - Saturday morning;

Office: Vinh Office: 6th Floor, Tri Duong Building, 139 Pham Dinh Toai, Vinh City, Nghe An.
