- Developing markets, maintaining relationships with partners.
- Working in Japan to expand the market, take care of customers (union, factory)
- Participate in conferences on export and import in Japan and Vietnam to seek and invite cooperation contracts
- Carrying out customer care work in Vietnam
- Handle arising situations at the request of partners, and at the request of the head of the department
- Analyze the market, our strengths, weaknesses, propose solutions to develop relationships with partners
- Learn, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, operating methods of competitors
- Research effective communication strategies to make a difference compared to competitors
- Negotiate with Japanese partners on labor recruitment contracts
- Making progress orders for migrant workers
- Perform other tasks as specified by management.
REQUEST

- Male/Female aged 22~
- Fluent in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent level N2 or higher
- Having experience in developing labor export market to Japan
- Good communication and negotiation skills, creativity, problem solving skills.
- Willing to go on a business trip abroad
- Proficient in office
