Develop and implement commodity, purchasing and pricing strategies for the entire product line within the system, in accordance with the Company's vision and mission.
Grasp consumer trends and customer psychology. Stay abreast of the retail environment by regularly visiting stores, competitors and making appropriate decisions/actions to ensure competitive advantage and differentiation are maintained at the system.
Manage revenue for the product line according to the Company's general development strategy.
Effective margin management and pricing to maximize business profits while finding promotional programs that bring good value to customers. Negotiate the best terms with suppliers by creating and building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Build value and create partner relationships with suppliers. Set up a standard system with NCC and follow the "win - win" criteria
Managing inventory levels ensures product availability while ensuring cash flow and profits are maximized by controlling inventory levels within set targets.
Report on the status of items and work results according to Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly commitments.
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
