- Implement control of operational processes to ensure compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016
- Make a plan to implement internal assessment, monitor and close nonconformities, nonconformities to operate the system according to IATF 16949:2016.
- Operate and support implementing units to apply 5 tools according to IATF 16949:2016 standard
- Prepare management reports, reports to customers operating according to IATF 16949:2016 system
