Check the quality of the produced film according to the specified period of time.
Take the shrinkage sample on the meter at the specified periodic time.
Record quality inspection reports fully and on time.
Make HFI reports when detecting errors in the production process, report quality problems to superiors.
Inspect raw materials during use. Coordinate with QA input to resolve the materials put into production do not meet the quality.
Check that the information on the label is complete and correct when pasting and closing the warehouse entry pass.
Coordinate with Machine Operator staff to handle quality problems arising in the production process.
Maintain and clean measuring equipment, off-line quality testing equipment.
Perform other duties as required by superiors.
