- Quality control of the production line. Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to solve quality problems arising in the production process.
- Analyze physico-chemical and microbiological criteria of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to the plan
- Inventory and estimate chemicals for the laboratory.
- Save samples and manage samples of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
- Check input materials. Refuse to import for batches of materials that fail.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to test new materials, new suppliers.
- Propose solutions to improve quality, coordinate with related departments to make improvements.
- Planning and verification of each production process.
- Coordinate with R&D department to plan new products.
- Drafting documents, SOP, quality standards of finished products, raw materials, production processes.
