Job details
- Receive and coordinate with the Board of Directors to deploy business development in Ho Chi Minh City branch
- Develop and organize the implementation of business plans for the branch;
- Management and development of retail customers, distribution channels, agent channels;
- Monitor, evaluate and support sales activities of branches in Can Tho
- Arrange, organize and develop communication activities in the branch's sales plan;
- Manage, build and develop sales staff;
- Handling and resolving complaints, support requests, answering questions for customers related to sales from the sales department;
- Be responsible for the branch's debts;
- Be in charge and prepare work reports periodically (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and when requested by superiors;
- Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.
