1. JOB CONTENT: - Responsible for daily operations of e-commerce platforms Lazada, tiki, shoppe, web store, tiktokshop... Post new products, run ads and answer order questions.
- Handle unusual orders, respond promptly to customers.
- Product optimization + promotion: Title, detailed description editing and optimization, setting up store promotion activities and registering platform activities;
- Plan campaigns, traffic and build and manage merchandise planning and ordering to ensure business operations and promotions of channels during the month.
- Collect and analyze multi-dimensional data: Regularly update customer data to take care of customers

- Professional education level- Graduated from universities majoring in pharmacy, economics, foreign trade, marketing,... and equivalent experience
- English, office computer grade B or higher
