- Check the complete and thorough implementation of regulations on Food Hygiene and Safety according to the Check list. Make daily and weekly reports.
- Record violations in the relevant area in the factory when detected, monitor the implementation of corrective actions, propose remedial actions.
- Monitor and ensure that CCP points at the production line are fully controlled.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety issues at the line (Personal Hygiene, Machine Hygiene, Factory, Insect Control, Waste Control, ...) are fully supervised.
- Monitor the Periodic Inspection, Calibration, and Inspection of related equipment and machinery.
- Prepare records and documents for the time of assessment from customers and third parties.
- The work assigned by the Plant Manager.
