Processing
1. Research and develop new products; Improving old products: Developing and improving new products for new applications; products according to customer requirements and the company's development strategy.
2. Coordinate with departments to optimize products, stabilize quality, increase capacity, increase output, increase recovery rate, and optimize costs.
3. Carry out test monitoring and evaluation of developed samples and new samples.
4. Coordinate to handle quality-related issues during the production process.
5. Receive feedback from customers, make a summary report on order production, and provide appropriate and effective solutions.
6. Manage equipment rooms, tools, and laboratory equipment.
7. Participate in developing work-related processes and standards.
8. Make weekly and monthly reports on the work undertaken.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
