- Handling and supporting customers;
- Handling office tasks such as issuing invoices, ctv contracts, etc.
- Check number information, book numbers, contact to make contracts for customers;
- Coordinating agent care to increase revenue;
- Call to contact and take care of the company's selling points and agents.
2. Request
- Proficient in the use of computers, especially Word & Excel.
- Experience in sales and soft skills is an advantage.
