Job description
- Report daily, weekly and monthly sales to superiors.
- Calculate weekly and monthly KPI bonus, Contract for sales.
- Control the sales staff go to the market and the revenue of each sale, manage the list of customers, segment the customer area for each salesperson.
- Control the quantity of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
– Check, approve, issue sales orders and track debts to promote sales to recover Debts of customers.
- Synthesize and deploy promotions to each salesperson.
- Training and deploying software for new sales.
- Drafting contracts to send to customers and monitoring the progress of customer contracts, reminding sales, urging customers to run the right contract
- Coordinating with accounting to summarize sales volume and calculate payment of contract promotions for customers.
- Follow instructions from superiors.
