Consulting, introducing and persuading customers to use the company's products and services;
Handle all contract drafting and signing;
Draft and manage administrative documents related to business activities such as contracts, price quotes, offer letters, etc.
Process orders and manage customer records.
Resolve complaints and negative feedback from customers directly or through the customer care department;
Receive customer feedback to process with other departments;
Report to superiors for assistance in resolving cases beyond capacity
