2. Job details:
- Responsible for managing, evaluating and developing the overall strategy of the product portfolio to drive sales and achieve the target of market share and profit according to the area in charge.
- Conduct sales consulting activities, product promotion at the Dealer.
- Carrying out garden care activities for farmers, demonstration, testing and evaluation of products.
- Organize farmer seminars, support sales consultants.
- Make clips for marketing purposes at the market: review products, record customer or farmer's reviews, ...
- Participating in the company's marketing plan. Conduct surveys and investigate market information when required
- Implement Marketing strategies for internal staff and jointly implement Marketing strategies for customers to meet business goals.
3. Job Requirements :
- Male, graduated from high school with major in plant protection, science and technology, agronomy or agriculture-related disciplines.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, good listener and progressive, able to work independently and in groups.
- Accept to go on a business trip to the province and withstand work pressure.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position are preferred.
