JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interact and support customers through PANTIO's Website and Facebook Fanpage: reply to customers' comments, messages, phone calls; provide detailed advice on products that customers are interested in, introduce suitable models to customers and convince customers to make a buying decision.
- Call to advise customers according to available data or answer the phone when customers need advice or handle feedback, arising
- Enter orders on the software and guide customers to pay
- Regularly update customer feedback on products, policies, services, ... report to Sales Online team leader. Maintain documents according to regulations
- Follow the assignment of the Department Head
- Working time: According to office hours 8:30 am - 17:30 pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female age, graduated from high school or above.
- At least 01 year of working experience (preferably in the field of fashion, retail, cosmetics) in a similar position
- Knowledge of retail store operation, merchandise management, human resource management,...
